After a few clicks around I was already getting a grip at how the site works. It is very simple: the reviews are split into three thematic categories, each covered by its own specialized hostess. Ok, the site is nice, the reviews are well structured, but what about the actual grades they give to sites. I checked a few reviews of sites I know myself, and I can tell you that there is very, very few sites that are rated excellent, which suggests to me that the reviewers have an objective an non-advertizing approach to the reviews.
